Stop water intrusion at the source with proven waterproofing systems designed to seal, protect, and last.
Learn Before You Buy

Water finds its way in through small cracks and failed seams often before you even notice.

Standing water breaks down your roof over time, leading to hidden damage and leaks.

Worn-out coatings lose flexibility, crack, and stop protecting your roof.

Weak points around vents, edges, and penetrations are some of the most common leak sources.

Remove all dirt, grease and loose coatings. Pressure wash thoroughly and let dry completely.

Seal cracks, seams and penetrations. Reinforce with compatible mesh fabric where needed.

Required for metal, concrete, and porous surfaces. Improves adhesion and longevity.

Apply evenly at recommended coverage. Work in one direction using roller, brush, or spray.

Apply second coat perpendicular to the first. Two coats = full waterproof system.
Seals leaks and forms a flexible, watertight membrane that holds up against rain, ponding water, and temperature changes — year after year.

Yes! We recommend that you use an airless pump with pressures of 1500-2000 PSI. A fluid delivery of 1-2 gallons per minute with a spray tip size of 0.026 – 0.035 will be adequate. The hose should be at least 3/8th inch inside diameter, and should be of the high pressure rated type. If the hose length is more than 50 feet, a larger inside diameter will be required. Additionally remove all filters.

We strongly recommend using Aqua-Proof Primer to prepare the surface before applying our roof coating on surfaces such as plastic, TPO or New EPDM.
For this type of application we recommend Lanco Aqua-Proof Prep, our elastomeric waterproofing and crack prevention membrane. This helps provides protection under tiles in wet areas such as bathrooms and balconies.
